OAA 2021 Trophy Design Competition Winner Revealed!

We are delighted to announce that Dale Innes has won the Gray’s School of Art Trophy Design Competition for the 2021 OAAs! Dale’s design was based on the undersea pipeline networks of the offshore industry and the inspiration of Chaos Theory as showing order and pattern in a seemingly unorganised structure.
Dale commented on his win. “I am so grateful for being chosen as this year’s winner and feel that it has been a fantastic opportunity to grow as a designer to learn new skills and work on a real-world project."
When designing the award, it was really helpful to be given guidance from the OAA to push away from a literal response into something more contemporary.”
We can’t wait
to present Dale’s awards to our winners at the ceremony in August! The OAA finalists will be announced in April.
